Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an Engineering Change Analyst in Hyderabad to manage engineering change orders from inception to closure. The role focuses on writing COs, structuring BOMs, and ensuring compliance with change control standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to release product option changes, review BOM content, and strive for on-time delivery with high quality as measured by KPIs. Prior experience in semiconductor-related engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in CO (Change Order) writing and processing.
• Experience in BOM structuring and change management.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review Change Orders (CO) for engineering changes.
• Process COs through closure in Lam product BOM structure.
• Ensure CO packages adhere to change control policies and drafting standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage release of Product Option Changes.
• Review BOM content with cross-functional teams and meet KPIs.
• Drive on-time delivery with quality improvements.

Engineering Change Analyst

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors in Mechanical / Production / Industrial engineering with 3 - 7 years of experience in CO (Change Order) writing and processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Executing Engineering Change Management like processing & reviewing Change Orders (CO)
• Process and manage Change Orders (CO) through closure for successful implementation of Engineering changes or releases in Lam product BOM (Bill of Materials) structure.
• Ensure Engineering Change package adheres to company's change control policies/ procedures and design drafting standards
• Coordinating with CFT (cross functional teams) to manage release process of Product Option Changes
• Reviewing BOM content with cross functional teams
• Accountable for delivering on time with quality as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as consistent improvement in efficiency

Mandatory skills and experience

• Experience in Executing Engineering Change Management like writing Change Orders (CO)
• Experience in creation and management of BoM (Bill of Materials) structuring

Desirable Skill

• Knowledge on Advanced Excel
• Understanding of configuration management practices
• Exposure to Semi-conductor industry related Engineering activities
