Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore seeks a Product Change Analyst with 4-6 years of engineering change management experience. You will analyze change orders, assess obsolescence implications, and manage BoM changes using MS Excel/Access/Word.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal English communication are essential. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate cost analyses while meeting notice

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• BE in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of Change Management and Obsolescence management processes.
• Experience in Cost Analysis on Change orders wrt BoM Changes.
• Good understanding of BoM structure.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.

Relevant Years of Experience: Minimum 4-6 years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Production / Industrial/Electrical/Electronics)

Experience and Expert level knowledge in Engineering Change Management Process. Strong knowledge of Obsolescence management process. Experience in Cost Analysis on change orders wrt BoM Changes.

Good understanding of BoM (Bill of Material) structure. Experience in working with MS Excel, MS Access & MS Word.

Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Good Problem solving techniques.
