Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Testing Engineer to perform performance, suitability and reliability testing of automotive implements for Indian and global markets. You will manage testing activities, plan and schedule resources, coordinate with R&D and program management, and deliver clear testing verdicts based on data.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech; Experience: 0–3 years. This role focuses on optimizing testing time and cost through innovative methods.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in testing or product validation.

• Performance, suitability and reliability testing of automotive implements for Indian and other global markets.
• Manage Testing Team, Test planning and scheduling, resource planning for testing.
• Give Testing verdict for product acceptance / rejection based on test data.
• Co-ordinate with R and D and Program Management for meeting the project timelines.
• Work on innovative / alternate methods of testing to optimize testing time and cost.
• Co-ordinate with various government testing institutes for testing and certification of farm implements.
• Suggest Design changes , product improvements based on testing data.
