Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking an experienced tool designer for the injection molding tool room. The candidate will focus on feasibility, design concepts, tool specification, and molding process optimization.

Relocation to ANATAPUR is required. 3–6 years in auto/ENGG/plastic units with strong tool design/maintenance skills are essential. Excellent perks and growth prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in injection molding tool room in auto/engg/plastic units
• DIP/BE/CIPET/NTTF required
• Strong skills in tool design, tool maintenance, tool trials and molding process

Responsibilities

• Focus on feasibility, product design, tool feasibility, tool design concept and tool specification
• Conduct mold flow study, gate design and attend tool trials
• Oversee tool commissioning and molding process prove-out, fixture design checks and related activities
