Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a costing specialist with 3+ years of plastics manufacturing experience. You will review customer RFQs, develop BOMs from drawings, and perform nesting analyses to estimate RM costs.

This role covers cost computation across material, machine, labour, and logistics, plus profitability estimation and cost-saving initiatives. Relocation to Anatapur may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of costing experience in manufacturing
• Strong grounding in RFQ, BOM preparation, nesting concepts
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Review customer RFQs and inputs for accuracy and completeness
• Develop detailed BOMs from customer drawings and specifications
• Perform nesting analysis to optimize RM costing and material usage
• Compute costs across materials, machine time, labour, and logistics
• Estimate profitability and identify cost-saving initiatives (COT)

Required Candidate profile

• DIP/BE
• 3+yrs exp into COSTING with IM/AUTO/ENGG unit
• Well versed in manufacturing processes of Plastics Products
• Strong exp in RFQ, BOM PREPARATION, NESTING CONCEPTS, ERP etc
• Relocate to ANATAPUR
