Job summary

CIRCOR Industrial, Pumps EMEA in Thane, India, is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer (FM) to manage RFQs for pumps and packages, coordinate technical and commercial clarifications, and drive quotation processes end-to-end.

You will work with Operations, Engineering, and Sales Head to ensure timely delivery and robust customer support for domestic and global customers. Strong English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education as Diploma / BE in Mechanical.
• 2 to 3 years professional experience in Pump Industry.
• Experience in Reciprocating Pumps and Packages preferred.
• Ability to read, write, analyse and interpret business and technical documents in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs for Pumps & Packages for domestic and global customers including intercompany.
• Enter requests in CRM, check reference pre-delivery.
• Check quotation requests from technical and commercial standpoints.
• Initiate and follow up trade compliance processes and obtain docs.
• Clarify delivery times with Operations and Planning.
• Consult with Engineering/ETO for clarifications.
• Create quotations and initiate CRM approvals.
• Send offers to customers and manage revisions.
• Follow-up offers with distributor/field service.
• Coordinate transfer to Customer Service with required docs.
• Interface with internal/external teams; resolve technical/commercial issues.
