Qualifications

• Experience in NOC operations and incident management.
• CCNA/CCNP preferred or equivalent certifications.
• Strong knowledge of routing, MPLS and internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network infrastructure using NMS monitoring tools.
• Perform L2-level network troubleshooting and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and support Routing and Internet/MPLS connectivity.
• Analyze network incidents and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot with field engineers and vendors for issue resolution.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate L3/network teams.
• Maintain accurate shift reports, incident updates, and handover details.
• Ensure all network incidents are tracked and resolved within the defined SLA and operational standards.
• Follow NOC processes, escalation procedures, and network monitoring best practices.
• CCNA, CCNP certification is preferred or will be an added advantage.
