Job summary

Rajhans Group of Industries in Ahmedabad is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to train site staff on the company’s quality standards, SOPs, and checklists, and to oversee finishing activities.

You will conduct third-party tests, inspect materials and contractor work, and prepare reports for the Project Manager and COO to ensure quality workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train site staff on quality standards and SOPs
• Experience in maintaining/checklist systems for PCC, footing, plinth beam, column, slab and finishing activities
• Ability to conduct third-party tests (Concrete core, bar pull-out, ultrasonic pulse velocity)
• Conduct site inspections and prepare reports for PM/COO

Responsibilities

• Train site staff on company's quality standards, SOPs, and checklists and ensure implementation
• Control and maintain checklist and pour cards for all major activities on site
• Conduct third party tests (Concrete core, bar pull-out, ultrasonic tests)
• Site inspections and reporting to PM/COO on workmanship and contractor work

Role & responsibilities

• To Train site staff on company's quality standards, SOPs, checking and checklist and its implementations
• To control and maintain checklist & pour cards of all activity (PCC, footing, plinth beam, column, slab, all finishing activities etc)
• Conduct third party test (Concrete core, bar pull-out, ultrasonic pulse velocity test)
• Site inspection and report to PM/COO for quality workmanship, material inspection, contractor work inspection, third party testing

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having experience in high raised real estate industry are preferred.
