Job summary

Foxconn in Bengaluru area is seeking an Engineer Project Management Commodity with over 10 years of experience to own NPI material management from warehouse to production line.

You will work with customers and internal CFT to gather BOMs, track kitting, resolve material issues, organize meetings, and align on CTB and DOE plans; ensure on-time supply for new products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in material management for NPI projects.
• Experience coordinating with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Strong focus on BOM data collection and material readiness before start.
• Ability to resolve material issues and ensure timely line availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI material management from warehouse to quality inspection to production line.
• Collect data and required documents (BOM, etc.) with CFT before projects start.
• Monitor material kitting status and ensure timely line readiness.
• Organize internal and customer meetings with CFT.
• Plan LBU input and allocation with customers for CFT.
• Coordinate material shipments with CFT and SCM teams.
• Create CTB trackers and long-term CTB sheets to monitor status.
• Arrange materials or SUBs for DOE with customer and CFT.
• Publish daily input plans to internal CFT.

Location: Doddaballapura (Bengaluru)

• Experienced in NPI (New Product Introduction) physical material management, from WH to quality inspection to production line.
• Work with customer and internal CFT to collect data and required document, such as BOM list, before projects start.
• Follow material kitting status. Ensure all materials can be kitted to line in time.
• Resolve all material related issue in short lead-time, such as physical material issue or back end system setting.
• Organize and host meeting with internal CFT and customer.
• Collect LBU (line bring up) request from CFT before project starts.
• Work with customer to plan materials and SUBs input and allocation plan for CFT.
• Follow up material shipment with CFT team.
• Based on material CTB, make color tracker, long term CTB excel sheet to monitor overall material status.
