Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end material management processes including planning and inventory control.
• NPI projects related to material readiness, ensuring timely availability for prototype, pilot, and mass production builds.
• Oversee and guide a team of 5–8 members, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management.
• Project and program management activities, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, SCM, suppliers, and global cross‑functional partners to meet project timelines.
• Serve as the primary customer‑facing point, ensuring effective client handling and communication.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality presentations, reports, and updates to leadership and customers.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance material availability, reduce delays, and improve build readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management / SCM / Material Planning.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes, especially material‑related readiness activities.
