Vikas Group in India seeks a skilled Process Engineer to support manufacturing processes, process improvement and successful product launches. The role focuses on process development, documentation and alignment with quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new product introductions, implement trials, and drive cycle-time reduction and productivity gains. A background in mechanical engineering and 3+ years in process engineering is expected.

Competenze

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP and NPD.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation.
• Experience in automotive / auto components manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and improve manufacturing processes.
• Handle process-related documentation and maintain technical records.
• Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP and other quality documents.
• Coordinate and support New Product Development (NPD) activities.
• Ensure process readiness for new product launches.
• Work on process optimization, cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design and other cross-functional teams.
• Support process trials, validation and implementation of engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
