Job summary

Saini Electrical seeks an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing routings, conduct time/method studies, and lead Lean initiatives. You will analyze data, develop improvements, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Processes.
• Experience in ERP/MRP routing creation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Time Study, Method Study, Work Measurement, and Line Balancing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Understanding of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of production planning and capacity analysis.
• Familiarity with process improvement and cost reduction methodologies.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and manufacturing reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and statistical process analysis.
• Experience with AutoCAD or process layout software.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, automation, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machining processes
• Tool design exposure (fixtures, jigs, gauges)
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan
• CADsoftware (AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo)

Responsibilities
