Job summary

Metso Corporation in India (Alwar, Rajasthan) is seeking a Planning professional for the Track Product line assembly. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly plans and reports, and coordinating with SCM, Engineering, Quality and Production to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate should have experience with ERP SAP in PP module, strong MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and a solid understanding of ISO9000 documentation and standards. Teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation in MS Excel, Word, and PPT.

JOB STATEMENT

This position is responsible for planning of Track Product line assembly.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly plan & reports.
• Monitoring of Production and Despatch activities as per plan.
• Monitoring of Production orders and SAP activities for PP module.
• Study of drawings and BOMs
• Good Knowledge of machining process.
• Well versed in documentation on ISO9000, ensure compliance of standards and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Ms Excel, Word, PPT

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

• Report directly to Manager planning
• Planning of track machines,
• Co ordination with internal departments- SCM, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, SSO, Production etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in ERP - SAP in PP module
• Familiar with industrial reporting and standards.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• A high level of computer skills is essential - Ms Excel, Word, PPT and Lotus Notes.
• Good in drawings studies.
• Good Knowledge of machining process.
• Highly motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
