Job summary

Unisys in Bengaluru seeks a specialist with deep Microsoft Teams and UC knowledge to support enterprise deployments. You will work with Direct Routing, SBCs, MTRs and various Meeting Room devices (Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, Surface Hub) and hands-on SBC/media gateway experience.

The role requires strong networking, VoIP skills, and the ability to contribute to large-scale global deployments across locations. A BA/BS and 3–5 years relevant experience are expected, with MS Certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working with Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, SBCs, MTRs.
• 2 years of Microsoft and Networking Technical Experience
• Advanced level understanding of MS Teams and/or UC technologies.
• Proven ability to work on large-scale global deployments in multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of networks and related WAN/LAN technologies.
• Microsoft Certifications in the Microsoft technologies required for this position.
• BA/BS degree and 3-5 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Job description

What success looks like in this role:

• Must possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Teams Meeting Rooms.
• Working experience on SBCs/vSBCs such as AudioCodes, Ribbon or similar technologies.
• May have worked on various Meeting Room Devices such as Poly, Lenovo, Crestron, Surface Hub etc.
• May have knowledge of any contact center solutions such as Anywhere 365, Luware etc.
• Good understanding of Teams Admin Center and various tools within the same.
• Should be Strong in Networking concepts and knowledge of VoIP with Routing & Switching Protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, SIP, VLANs, and WAN protocols and technologies.
• Must have prior experience providing technical support to Enterprise Customers.
• In-depth Knowledge of Media gateways & Session Border Controllers.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
• Outstanding attention to detail and capacity to demonstrate continual learning.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent deductive and inductive reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work both individually and with teams.
