Job summary

Invenio is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems across the organization. The role includes handling hardware/software issues, managing user accounts and access, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in IT/CS, experience in IT support or helpdesk, and solid knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
