Job summary

Ericsson in Bengaluru, Karnataka invites an L1.5 Level Operations professional to monitor, coordinate, support, and execute reactive maintenance ensuring services meet SLA performance. The role requires handling 24×7 shifts and solving complex telecom issues.

You will work across application, network, and host layers with strong scripting skills (Perl, Shell, Python) and deep knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX to resolve customer problems and maintain 100% SLA targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Billing Systems (CSGI-interconnect Billing)
• 3-4 years of experience in Telecom Operations
• Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX
• Good understanding of the Telecom domain
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers
• Ability to understand PL-SQL procedures
• Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift model

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a L1.5 Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

• Resolving the customer and user technical issues


• Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error


• Maintaining the 100% SLA targets


• SLA report preparation


• Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues

The skills you bring

• 3+ years of experience in Billing Systems (CSGI-interconnect Billing)


• 3-4 years of experience in Telecom Operations
