Bull Machines in Coimbatore is seeking a production supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations. You will plan production schedules, develop efficient workflows, implement lean practices, and lead fabricators and welders to maximize resource utilization and minimize waste.

The role requires hands-on involvement in quality control, safety, training, inventory management, and cross‑department coordination to meet delivery timelines.

• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Lead and manage a team of fabricators, and welders
• Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate with customer departments to align production activities with delivery timelines
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of resources.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all operations comply with industry safty standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, safety Incidents, and other key metrics.
