Job summary

A leading global electronics manufacturer is seeking an EE Validation Engineer to perform validation on digital interfaces and power electronics. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of experience, strong skills in Python programming, and a solid foundation in electronics. Responsibilities include assisting with validation for DC-DC converters and operating relevant testing equipment. Excellent English communication skills are required, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in electronics validation, preferably in consumer electronics or power electronics.
• Strong knowledge in analog and digital circuit technology.
• Proficient in programming with Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation for common low-speed and high-speed digital interfaces like I2C, I2S, SPI.
• Assist in power electronics validation specifically for DC-DC converters and LDOs.
• Operate oscilloscopes and power analyzers for validation tasks.

Job Description

• Perform validation for common low-speed and high-speed digital interfaces: I2C, I2S, SPI, SPMI; assist DRI with issue debugging and DOE.
• Perform power electronics validation, especially DC-DC converters and LDOs; assist DRI with issue debugging and DOE.
• Operate equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Power Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Modify and execute Python scripts; program in Python.
• Experience with electronic product SI/PI validation is a plus.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• Strong foundational knowledge and experience in electronics; experience in consumer electronics or power electronics is preferred.
• Familiarity with EE-related equipment such as DMM, Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer.
• Experience in electronics hardware design is a plus.
• Proficient in analog and digital circuit technology.
• Familiar with EDA tools for design and PCB schematic drawing.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Experience in electronic product SI/PI validation is desirable.
