Talent Hired-the Job Store is seeking an experienced BMS hardware engineer to develop and validate lithium-ion battery management system hardware. You will design analog circuits, select components, and support PCB layout and hardware bring-up for automotive-grade BMS products.

Role reports to the Lead Hardware (BMS). Preferred experience includes BMS hardware knowledge, power electronics, EV controllers, and automotive ECUs. Join a team focused on delivering robust BMS solutions.

Competenze

• Must have analog circuit design experience.
• Schematic design using Altium, OrCAD or PADS.
• Board bring-up and hardware debugging experience.
• Experience with EMI/EMC/ESD testing.
• Hardware validation and testing experience.

Mansioni

• Design and develop BMS hardware modules as per system requirements; prepare hardware requirements and design documentation.
• Support analog and mixed-signal circuit development, component selection and design calculations.
• Develop schematics and support PCB layout activities.
• Run circuit simulation (LT Spice/PSpice); support Worst Case Circuit Analysis; prepare EBOM and design deliverables.
• Participate in design and layout reviews; support hardware-software interface definition.
• Execute board bring-up and debugging; perform functional, environmental and vehicle-level testing.
• Support EMI/EMC/ESD qualification; use oscilloscopes, data loggers and lab equipment; analyze failures and support root-cause work.
• Support DFMEA and reliability activities; maintain design and validation documentation.
• Coordinate with software, system, validation and manufacturing teams; support prototype builds, production and customer testing.

Role & responsibilities

. Position Summary

Develop, integrate and validate BMS hardware for lithium-ion battery packs: circuit design, component selection, hardware validation and debugging for automotive-grade BMS products. The role reports to the Lead Hardware (BMS).

Experience in BMS, power electronics, EV controllers, PDU, MCU or automotive ECUs is preferred.
