Job summary

Cygni Energy in India seeks a Quality Engineer to perform PDI, FQC and in-process inspections according to the control plan. You will maintain quality records in line with IATF 16949:2016 and calibrate measuring equipment on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on collaboration on the manufacturing line, root cause analysis for cost of quality, and adherence to inspection standards. BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronic engineering with 3–4 years in quality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes.
• Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good observation, communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
• B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths.
• 3–4 years in Quality, preferably in battery/Li-ion/lead-acid manufacturing.
