Job summary

Cygni Energy on the shop floor in India seeks a Quality Engineer to learn and support manufacturing and quality control activities. You will observe processes, collect data, and participate in quality checks to ensure conformity.

Responsibilities include documenting findings, communicating results, and applying QC tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto. This role emphasizes hands-on learning in a battery manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes.
• Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong observation, communication and documentation skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong observation, communication and documentation skills
• B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study path
• 2‑4 years of experience in Quality, preferably in battery/Li‑ion/lead‑acid manufacturing
