ACG World is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design carton packaging machinery for pharma projects. You will lead design and development of the cartoning machine end-to-end, including design, reviews, release for manufacturing, and supplier interaction, with hands-on CAD work.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel to sites for troubleshooting, and ensure design documentation and lifecycle management, driving innovation and customization in line with quality standards.

Formación

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of experience in machine building and packaging machineries.

Responsabilidades

• Design of Cartonining machine.
• Lead end-to-end design, release for manufacturing and vendor interaction.
• Support team with CAD skills and project execution.
• Ensure correctness of documents and lifecycle ownership.
• Own the product design lifecycle and sustainment.

To design and develop efficient and reliable cartoning machine solutions by leveraging strong mechanical design expertise, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Contribute to end-to-end product development, from concept to implementation, while driving innovation, customization, and continuous improvement.

Primary responsibilities

• Design of Cartonining machine
• Leading design and development of area of the machine end to end, including design, review, release for manufactuiring, Purchase interaction, vendor development, implementation of design, capture learning and standardization.
• Supporting Team in achieving common goal, by participating and leading development projects, help executing by technical and cad skill set.
• Responsible for correctness of the documents and design made by him/her and its lifecycle.
• Accountable for sustaining the design developed by him, and ownership of the product from lifecycle perspective.

Scope of Decision Making:

• Operates within general work instructions and supervision of the end outcomes/results, typically focusing on projects within own area of expertise
• Takes decisions on activities such as design, vendor support, shop floor support and associated with the product development process, and escalates any deviations/hurdles
• Makes recommendations on matters in his/her specific area of expertise (e.g. use of different types of material, design, process etc.)
• Must have design experience on cartoning machine
• Hand on experience on 3D Software (Sold Edge preferred)
• Must have insight of various configuration of Cartons and Carton machine
• Must have experience in executing Projects with customization.
• Site exposure, travelled to site for troubleshooting
• Participated or lead development activities in current or past organization
• Exposure to Pharma Clients
• Working experience with CFTs

Educational and Experience Requirements

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with
