Job summary

NTF Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / AGM NPD Costing & RFQ Management to lead RFQ estimation, costing, and commercial negotiations for automotive products in Manesar/Gurugram.

You will own the complete RFQ lifecycle, develop machine hour rates, BOM costing, and cost-control programs while coordinating with Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to deliver competitive quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Automobile preferred).
• 12-18 years of experience in automotive costing, estimation, and RFQ management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, 2D drawings, and cost analysis.
• Proven experience in customer negotiations and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQ estimation, costing, and customer quotations.
• Prepare accurate product and process cost estimations for new business opportunities.
• Develop and validate machine hour rates, BOM costing, and investment calculations.
• Drive cost optimization, benchmarking, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams for RFQ execution.
• Review product costing and implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead customer and supplier commercial negotiations.
• Establish SOPs and best practices for costing, budgeting, and cost control.
