Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IP/SoC verification engineer to lead sub-tasks and contribute to complex IPs/SoCs. You will create verification requirements and develop UVM test benches based on design requirements.

Role covers RTL simulation, formal verification, power-aware verification, and gate-level simulation, with collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality verification solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of relavent experience in ASIC/SoC verification.
• Strong understanding of verification methodologies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead subtasks in IP/SoC verification.
• Contribute significantly to the verification of complex IPs/SoCs.
• Create verification requirements at the IP/SoC level based on design requirements and develop UVM test benches and formal verification environments.
• Support the development of verification infrastructure at the IP/chip level as required.
• Support different areas of IP verification, including RTL simulation, formal verification, power-aware verification, and gate-level simulation.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Master's degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in VLSI Design or a related field.
• Minimum 5+years of relavent experince.
• Strong understanding of ASIC verification methodologies, concepts, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM with hands-on experience in verification environment development.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain IP and SoC-level testbenches for complex semiconductor designs.
• Experience in IP/SoC verification across a variety of applications and design domains.
• Knowledge of power-aware verification and gate-level verification (GLS) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and interfaces is an added advantage.
• Exposure to formal verification techniques and tools is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality verification solutions.
