Summary Of The Role

As an Engineer – Business Process Automation, you will be supporting the productivity of the business. We are increasing our output to meet delivery excellence goals for our Bangalore team, seeking an Engineer – Business Process Automation.

About The Job

• Project Delivery
• Own all aspects of development for the project – coding, code reviews, unit tests, and code quality.
• Technology – Demonstrate technical excellence and quality focus while working on sprint user stories by minimizing or eliminating bugs per user story delivered.
• Work closely with the Specialist Engineer to resolve any technical impediments as soon as they arise.
• Ensure coding standards are followed and technical debt is eliminated in every sprint.
• Drive the technical competency of the development area including tools, methods, frameworks, etc.
• Process – Experience working with Agile (Scrum) project development methodologies.
• Quality – Own deliverable quality from a development perspective for each sprint and release.
• Responsible for production quality deliverables.
• Innovation – Demonstrate commitment to innovation by actively learning and implementing new technical tools/methods/approaches and showcasing them to the team and other stakeholders.

About The Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with an Information Technology background or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of Process Automation experience using Nintex Automation (K2 Five) / Power Automate.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Information Technology industry.

Competencies

• Good knowledge of SQL queries with join conditions.
• Working knowledge on Nintex Automation (K2 Five) / Power Automate concepts.
• Knowledge of Nintex (K2 Five) Management, Power Automate console.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET or MVC Framework.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
