Job summary

Masadir is hiring an Engineer for Business Process Automation in Bangalore on a hybrid basis. You will work with Nintex (K2 Five) and Power Automate to design, implement and optimize automated business processes. A background in SQL and IT industry experience is required.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, requirements analysis, and delivering robust automation solutions within teams that collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Process Automation experience using Nintex automation (K2 Five)/Power Automate.
• Experience in IT industry: minimum 3 years.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve customer issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues independently using available resources.
• Participate in process analysis, design and implementation across projects.
• Work with SQL queries and data joins to support automation.
• Leverage Nintex (K2 Five) Management and Power Automate consoles.
• Possibility of working with C#, .Net or MVC if applicable.
