The Accounts Receivable Specialist I - Billing is responsible for generating accurate customer invoices, reviewing supporting documentation, and resolving billing-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Performance Objectives

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
• Research and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal departments to resolve billing issues and support business goals.

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and departmental controls.

• Support month-end close activities and other accounts receivable functions as needed.

Competitive Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in billing

• Experience creating and processing customer invoices.
• Ability to review contracts and supporting documentation for billing accuracy.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, billing systems, or other CRM required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
• Must be able to work evening shift from 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, billing, or subscription management systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume billing environment.
