Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc seeks an Engineer/Associate Engineer – AI & Automation Engineer to develop AI/ML models for design validation and process optimization, and to build intelligent assistants for engineers.

You will automate design workflows, create data pipelines, and apply ML analytics to improve yield and quality while collaborating across design, simulation and manufacturing teams. Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering required.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Understanding of IC packaging, layout, routing, and simulation is preferred


• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Data Analytics


• Proficiency in Python and engineering automation scripting


• Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in semiconductor packaging or ASIC/DRAM/NAND domains


• Exposure to digital twins or physics-informed ML


• Experience building engineering-focused AI tools or platforms

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Semiconductor Engineering
