Ericsson is seeking a diligent Domain Support Specialist to join the Automated Operations team in Noida, India. The role focuses on maintenance activities, technical support, and coordinating daily tasks to ensure activated, configured, and tested services/resources.

Candidate will work in a 24X7 shift environment, interfacing with customers and Ericsson departments to ensure availability and performance. Prior experience in Ericsson networks is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in electronics/communications.
• Experience in telecom/IN domain is required.

What you will do

• Business configuration skill on Ericsson Charging system.
• Creation of Recharge card groups, top ups, balance and validity inquiry in AIR.
• Configuration of USSD text messages for balance and validity inquiry in AIR and as EoCN in SDP.
• Special offering configuration
• Configuration of Tariff plans and testing of new feature & products.
• VAS short codes and Number series definition.
• Configuration of different products using dedicated A/c, accumulator, service offerings and community charging.
• Configuration of data charging product .
• Configuration of products on 2G/4G/5G
• Esy understanding with SAPC configuration
• Administrating IN Network and Support Systems
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
  • Planned Maintenance (Health Checks, Backups etc…)
  • Problem Escalations and Follow-ups (TT/CSR/TR)
  • Interface with Customer, 3PP and Ericsson Departments
  • Ensure smooth and quality system/service handover from Project.
  • Adherence to Processes

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications with at least 5+ years of Experience in Telecom/IN Domain.
• Experience in handling Ericsson Networks preferred
• Certifications Ericsson Charging System 3.0/4.0,/5.0/6.0 Linux Red Hat, SQL/Oracle Admin [Preferred]
• Technical and/or functional skills: [Performance & Characteristics of IN Network Nodes]
