About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth in our renewable energy vertical. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering results in a fast‑evolving clean energy market.

Key Responsibility Areas

Market Development & Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar, wind, storage and hybrid renewable energy projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape business strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners. Lead negotiations and close deals that align with organizational goals.

Proposal & Commercial Management: Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients, basis the bill analysis ad client requirement. Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive initiatives with an ownership mindset and innovative approach. Explore new revenue streams and partnerships to expand market presence.

Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, finance, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
