The role focuses on L3 support, packaging and deployment, compatibility testing, automation development and proactive remediation across enterprise endpoints, aiming to improve deployment reliability through automation and structured testing.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Operations Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Windows and macOS Application Lifecycle Management, PowerShell scripting, Citrix operations, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune and endpoint automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for L3 support, application packaging and deployment, compatibility testing, automation development, incident analysis and proactive remediation across enterprise endpoint environments. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to improve deployment reliability through automation, structured testing and continuous process improvement.

Mandatory Skills:-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Provide L3 technical support for endpoint, application deployment and configuration‑related incidents.
• Analyze recurring incidents, deployment failures and defect trends to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, reusable functions and modules to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Integrate automation with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and Active Batch.
• Manage application packaging, testing, deployment, upgrades and lifecycle activities across Windows and macOS environments.
• Perform desktop software and hardware compatibility assessments and application certification testing.
• Identify and resolve MSI package conflicts involving commercial and internally developed applications.
• Create and execute functional, regression and deployment test cases for enterprise applications, operating systems, Microsoft applications, drivers and patches.
• Log, track and resolve defects using ticketing and defect management tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Troubleshoot Windows registry, Group Policy, file system, permissions and endpoint configuration issues.
• Support SCCM/MECM and Intune administration, application deployment, endpoint compliance and troubleshooting.
• Administer and troubleshoot Citrix environments and related endpoint connectivity or application access issues.
• Perform OS imaging, task sequencing, Windows deployment and physical/virtual desktop testing.
• Prepare automation design documents, test reports, daily status updates, SOPs and technical documentation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, documentation and test‑case creation, while following enterprise security and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality, operational efficiency and deployment reliability.

Required Technical Expertise:-

• Strong hands‑on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
• Practical PowerShell scripting and endpoint automation experience.
• Experience with Citrix operations and troubleshooting.
• Windows endpoint administration, OS imaging, task sequences and application deployment.
• macOS administration, application packaging and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of MSI/EXE packaging, application compatibility and regression testing.
• Understanding of Windows registry, Group Policy, file systems and security permissions.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM/workflow tools.
• Strong incident troubleshooting, RCA, documentation and communication skills.

Good to Have:-

• Experience with ServiceNow/Active Batch automation integration.
• Experience building and testing physical and virtual Windows desktops/laptops.
• Familiarity with AI copilots, chat‑based assistants and IDE‑integrated AI tools.
• Exposure to agentic AI workflows, automation runbooks and responsible enterprise AI usage.
• ITIL knowledge and experience working in enterprise IT operations.
