Job summary

iSource IT Enabled Services is seeking a creative HR Branding Executive in Chennai to strengthen our employer brand, showcase employee experiences, and promote a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with HR and Marketing to highlight company achievements, career opportunities, and employee stories across key platforms.

You will design and implement branding campaigns, manage our careers page, and work with Talent Acquisition to improve visibility and attract top candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR branding, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Ability to create engaging branding content.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Create engaging content highlighting company culture, employee achievements, celebrations, and workplace initiatives.
• Design recruitment campaigns, hiring creatives, employee testimonials, and workplace branding materials.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.
• Manage and update the company's careers page and employer branding content.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve job visibility and attract quality candidates.
• Capture employee stories, testimonials, and success stories to strengthen the company's employer reputation.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to maintain consistent brand identity and communication.
• Track employer branding metrics, social media engagement, recruitment campaign performance, and employee participation.
• Support campus branding, referral campaigns, recruitment events, and internal branding initiatives.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Creativity in developing employee engagement campaigns and branding content.
• Strong coordination, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating recruitment marketing content and employee-focused social media posts.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and short-form video content.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and social media performance tracking.
