Job summary

Executive / Sr. Executive HRPB at Eclat Health Solutions in Mumbai. This full-time role supports business HR operations, onboarding, performance support, compliance, and employee engagement, with night shifts from 7:00pm to 4:00am.

You will partner with business teams to manage lifecycle HR activities, maintain records and MIS, and provide actionable HR insights while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/Generalist role.
