A core part of this role is creating programs that reflect employee sentiment, strengthen belonging, and embed thoughtful experience design.

This role leads key internal events programs — from concept design and budgeting to vendor oversight and cross‑functional alignment, ensuring smooth execution and consistently high events. By partnering closely with HRBPs, Culture team and Leadership, the Employee Events Lead helps shape the broader employee experience journey. Through initiatives that foster community, support well‑being, deepen cultural identity, and drive social impact, the Employee Events Lead plays a pivotal role in creating a workplace that feels connected, inspired, and aligned to purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the annual events calendar, ensuring it aligns with organizational priorities and employee needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and timely execution.
  • Oversee key logistics such as venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, transportation, required approvals, and on‑site arrangements.
  • Own and manage budgets for all events and wellness programs, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and compliance with financial processes.
  • Oversee vendor evaluation, pricing negotiations, and procurement alignment to ensure quality outcomes within approved budgets.
  • Track spend versus plan, identify efficiencies, and ensure financial discipline across the events portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary communications SPOC for all event‑related announcements, campaigns, and updates.
  • Partner with Marketing to craft storytelling frameworks that amplify event outcomes and employee experiences across channels that drive participation.
  • Leverage digital platforms and HR technology to boost events, track metrics, and enable real‑time communication.
  • Lead the development and execution of the care and wellness calendar, covering physical, emotional, and mental well‑being initiatives.
  • Manage wellness partners to deliver workshops, sessions, campaigns, and preventive health initiatives.
  • Promote strong participation through targeted communication and thoughtful program design.
  • Build and manage corporate partnerships with wellness vendors, sports/activity providers, experience partners, and employee benefit tie‑ups.
  • Evaluate and introduce new collaborations that add value to internal events programs and improve the employee experience touchpoints.
  • Conduct post‑event surveys, feedback sessions, and qualitative assessments to measure program effectiveness.
  • Analyze insights, identify trends, and implement improvements to strengthen future events and offerings.
  • Prepare dashboards and periodic updates for leadership with participation metrics, budget status, and success indicators.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multi‑event portfolios, diverse event formats, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event planning tools, budgeting, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create engaging campaigns for internal communications and marketing promotions.
