Job summary

Lunar Wave LLC in Thane, Maharashtra seeks an Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own retention marketing across its US-focused e-commerce brands. You will maximize traffic value through email, SMS, automation, segmentation, upsells, cross-sells and retention campaigns.

The role demands building automated flows, writing copy, testing and optimizing campaigns, while growing lists and driving revenue across multiple brands. This is a full‑time, on-site position in Thane.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Email/SMS marketing experience, preferably for US e-commerce brands.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Experience with SMS platforms such as Postscript, Attentive or similar.
• Strong understanding of US e-commerce customer behavior.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
• Experience with Shopify stores.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and lifecycle marketing.
• Understanding of email deliverability and list management.
• Familiarity with US Email & SMS compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA).
• Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly analytical and revenue-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own Email & SMS marketing across multiple US e-commerce stores.
• Build and optimize automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Upsell/Cross-sell, Win-back, Re-engagement).
• Plan and execute regular promotional Email & SMS campaigns.
• Write high-converting copy, subject lines, hooks and CTAs.
• Segment customers by purchase history, engagement and behavior.
• A/B test offers, messaging, creatives, send times and flows.
• Improve email/SMS revenue as a percentage of total store revenue.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, list health and engagement.
• Grow Email & SMS lists through opt-in strategies.
• Track revenue, conversion rates, CTR, unsubscribe rates and revenue per recipient.
• Collaborate with Media Buying, Creative and Store teams.
• Build weekly performance reports and identify new revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do
