Ailoitte is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead B2B email campaigns including cold outreach, nurture sequences, newsletters and re-engagement efforts. You will craft concise subject lines and persuasive copy to drive qualified leads.

Responsibilities include building segment lists, setting up automated workflows, ensuring deliverability, A/B testing, and tracking open, click and meeting-booked rates.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience in IT, SaaS or B2B.
• Proven track record generating qualified leads via email.
• Hands-on with email automation and outreach tools.
• Strong knowledge of deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Track open, reply, click and meeting-booked rates and optimise accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, content and design to align campaigns with goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run B2B email campaigns: cold outreach, nurture sequences, newsletters and re-engagement.
• Write subject lines and email copy that are short and persuasive, and that convert.
• Build and segment contact lists by industry, region, role and funnel stage.
• Set up automated workflows and drip sequences in tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp or Instantly.
• Protect deliverability: domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene and bounce management.
• A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs and send times.
• Track and report open, reply, click and meeting-booked rates, and optimise based on them.
• Work with the sales, content and design teams to keep campaigns aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in IT, SaaS or B2B.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and meetings through email.
• Hands-on experience with email automation and outreach tools.
• Solid grasp of deliverability, spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and email best practices.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel/Sheets and campaign dashboards.

Good to Have

• Experience targeting US, UK or Middle East markets.
• Basic HTML/email template editing.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach or ABM campaigns.
