Madhur Chopra & Associates in Indore is seeking a hands-on Email Marketing & Organic Growth Specialist for our Indore office. You will own our organic growth: email and SMS retention through Klaviyo, and search visibility across Google and AI search tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

This is an execution role requiring you to build, run, and measure campaigns personally, not just manage agencies.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in e-commerce email marketing and SEO, with at least 2 years on US-market brands.
• Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience with measurable revenue results; portfolio or case studies required.
• Strong SEO track record on e-commerce sites targeting US audiences.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Excellent written English with a US consumer tone.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA for SMS.
• Willingness to overlap with US hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and VIP.
• Plan and send campaigns around US golf seasons, holidays and sales events.
• Segment lists, run A/B tests, and improve open rate, click rate and revenue per recipient.
• Maintain deliverability through list hygiene, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and inbox placement.
• Own on-page, technical and content SEO for the store, including keyword research and schema.
• Optimise content for AI search and answer engines using structured data and entity signals.
• Plan blogs and buying guides for US golfers and build backlinks.
• Track performance in GA4, Search Console and Klaviyo, and share monthly reports.

We are a US-focused e-commerce brand selling golf products, and were hiring a hands-on Email Marketing & Organic Growth Specialist for our Indore office. You will own our organic growth: email and SMS retention through Klaviyo, and search visibility across Google and AI search tools such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

This is an execution role. We need someone who builds, runs and measures campaigns personally, not someone who only manages agencies.

What youll do

• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and VIP.
• Plan and send campaigns around US golf seasons, holidays and sales events such as Black Friday, Father’s Day and Masters week.
• Segment lists, run A/B tests, and improve open rate, click rate and revenue per recipient.
• Maintain deliverability through list hygiene, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup and inbox placement.
• Own on-page, technical and content SEO for the store. This covers keyword research, product and collection pages, site speed, schema and internal linking.
• Optimise content for AI search and answer engines using structured data, FAQ content, and entity and brand signals.
• Plan blogs and buying guides for US golfers, and build quality backlinks.
• Track performance in GA4, Search Console and Klaviyo, and share monthly reports on traffic, rankings and email-attributed revenue.

Must have

• 3–6 years in e-commerce email marketing and SEO, with at least 2 years on US-market brands.
