Role Summary

The Email Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales enablement for Smartedge Consulting's services. This role involves database management, campaign execution, A/B testing, content coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote Smartedge services (IMS, ESG, Safety, etc.).
• Create engaging email content in coordination with the content and service teams.
• Set up email journeys, drip campaigns, and automation using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.
• Lead Generation & Nurturing
• Build and maintain prospect and client databases.
• Segment lists based on buyer persona, service interests, industry, and engagement levels.
• Deploy follow-up campaigns based on lead behavior and sales feedback.
• Database Management
• Manage and maintain clean, updated contact lists.
• Ensure GDPR / privacy compliance in list building and communication.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and best practices.
• Collaboration with Sales & Content Teams
• Align campaigns with sales objectives and active GTM strategies.
• Coordinate with content creators for case studies, service highlights, and client success stories.
