Job summary

Verity Global Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned B2B Email Marketing Specialist in Mumbai to design and execute end-to-end campaigns, including cold outreach and lead-nurturing workflows. You will segment audiences, ensure high deliverability, and craft compelling copy for senior decision-makers.

This role requires 4+ years in email marketing, hands-on experience with ESPs and marketing automation, and a data-driven approach to optimizing open rates and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Segment lists by personas, industry, buyer stage, and engagement history; maintain deliverability and CAN SPAM compliance.
• Write crisp email copy for C-level executives and managers; coordinate with design for engaging layouts and assets.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, and CTAs to improve open and CTR metrics.
• Track KPIs (Deliverability, Open Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe Rate, MQL conversions) and coordinate with Inside Sales for routing.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Strategy & Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and deploy end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns, including cold outreach sequences, automated lead nurturing workflows, newsletter digests, webinar invites, and re-engagement drips.
• Database Segmentation & Hygiene: Segment lists based on target personas, industry verticals (BFSI, Manufacturing, Legal/Title), buyer stages, and engagement history. Maintain domain health, deliverability rates, and opt-out compliance (CAN SPAM).
• Copywriting & Design Alignment: Write crisp, persuasive email copy tailored to C level executives, operations leaders, and procurement managers. Partner with graphic designers and content writers for visually engaging email layouts and assets.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, send times, preview text, CTAs, and messaging formats to maximize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and reply/conversion rates.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and report on key campaign KPIs (Deliverability, Open Rate, CTR, Unsubscribe Rate, MQL Conversions). Work with Inside Sales to ensure high-intent email replies are promptly routed and qualified.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B email marketing campaigns and outbound cold email infrastructure, ideally in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Corporate Services.

Technical Mastery

• Advanced experience with ESPs, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Active Campaign, Lemlist, Instantly).
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability technical setups (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warm-ups, IP reputation management).

Skills

• Strong B2B copywriting capabilities, analytical mindset, and deep understanding of B2B lead generation funnels.
