Job summary

Virohan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic Soft Skills Trainer to deliver ELPSL training and drive student engagement at our Mumbai campus. The role emphasizes consistent attendance, quality teaching, and collaboration with the content team to develop training materials.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in English teaching or soft skills training, and be capable of working within a diverse team to impact student outcomes significantly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence to conduct training for senior student batches.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an English teacher or Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer.
• Able to work in a diverse team and deliver high-quality training aligned with standards.

Responsibilities

• Train students in English language power skills (ELPSL) per standards.
• Maintain attendance targets: 80% student attendance and 90% faculty attendance.
• Engage students to support development and address grievances per standards.
• Ensure compliance and accurate records/reports.
• Assist content team in creating Training Learning Materials (TLM) as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Training – Ensure English language power skill learning (ELPSL) training, induction, and lesson plan coverage isconducted as per Virohan standards
• Attendance – Ensure minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90% as per Virohanstandards
• Students Engagement – Faculty to ensure quality education is delivered at the campus to enhance overall studentdevelopment and timely address any student grievances as per Virohan standards
• Compliance & Records – Ensure classroom training complies with all Virohan norms and proper records/reportsare maintained
• Content Creation – Faculty to help the content team in creating all Training Learning Materials (TLM), schedulesrequired by Virohan or any applicable project

Your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) will be:

• Attendance – 80% Students should have > a monthly average of 80% attendance
• Dropout – A batch should have a maximum of 10% dropouts
• Student performance – 85% of the active students passed in their main attempt in all categories

The Successful Applicant:

Strong communication skills and confidence to conduct training for senior student batches. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an English teacher, Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer, or in any
