Job summary

Impact Hr N Km Solutions in Nashik district is seeking an electronics technician to diagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment at component and board level. You will work on drives, PLC modules, HMI panels, and power supplies, performing fault finding with multimeters and oscilloscopes.

The role includes hands-on maintenance, onsite support when required, documentation of repairs, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics repair.
• Diploma in relevant engineering field or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial electronic equipment at component and board level.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC drives, VFDs, Servo Drives, Soft Starters, and motor control systems.
• Perform fault finding using multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.
• Repair and test PLC modules, HMI panels, industrial power supplies, controllers, and automation equipment.
• Analyze circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Conduct functional testing, burn-in testing, and quality verification after repairs.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support onsite troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance as required.
• Maintain repair records, service reports, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and customer support teams to resolve issues.
