Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, MOSFETs) and repair/testing of electronic cards.
• Hands-on PCB/electronic card repair and testing experience.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and understand basic analog/digital circuits.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic circuit cards and assemblies.
• Identify faulty components and determine repair solutions.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting using testing equipment.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other measurement instruments for testing and fault diagnosis.
• Solder, desolder, replace components and rework on PCBs.

Lubi Electronics is looking for a Service Engineer with a strong interest in electronics repair, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on knowledge of electronic components, soldering, testing instruments, and electronic circuit cards, with the ability to diagnose faults and carry out repair and testing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test electronic circuit cards and assemblies.
• Identify faulty electronic components and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Perform component‑level troubleshooting using technical knowledge and testing equipment.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic measurement instruments for testing and fault diagnosis.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, component replacement, and rework on electronic PCBs.
• Conduct functional testing of repaired electronic cards and products.
• Assist in identifying recurring failures and support root‑cause analysis.
• Follow standard procedures for repair, testing, inspection, and quality control.
• Maintain proper records of repair and testing activities.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support servicing and troubleshooting of industrial electronic products.
• Ensure repaired products meet required performance and quality standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, MOSFETs, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with PCB/electronic card repair and testing.
• Good understanding of circuit diagrams and basic electronic circuits.
• Proficiency in using a digital multimeter.
• Working knowledge of oscilloscope and other electronic test equipment.
• Good soldering and desoldering skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding ability.
• Basic understanding of power electronics and industrial electronics will be an advantage.

Experience

• 0‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge and hands‑on electronics skills may be considered.
• Candidates with experience in industrial electronics product repair will be given preference.

• Practical exposure to electronics card repairing and testing.
• Experience troubleshooting electronic equipment at the component level.
