Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India in Vadodara is looking for an Electrical Technician to diagnose and repair industrial PCBs to component level, and service PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and power supplies. The role requires reading schematics, performing SMD/BGA rework, and maintaining documentation with strict safety standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Electrical with 3–10 years of hands-on PCB experience and familiarity with major automation brands.

Qualifications

• PCB-level troubleshooting and repair expertise
• SMD/BGA rework, IC replacement, MOSFET/IGBT circuits

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair industrial electronic PCBs to component level
• Repair & service PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, power supplies and automation equipment
• Perform SMD & BGA soldering, PCB rework & component replacement
• Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter and functional test equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams & datasheets
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality repairs

Role & responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot & repair industrial electronic PCBs to component level
Repair & service PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Power Supplies, Industrial Controllers & Automation Equipment
Perform SMD & BGA soldering, PCB rework & component replacement
Use diagnostic tools such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, LCR Meter, Function Generator, Logic Analyzer & Hot Air Rework Station
Read & interpret schematics, circuit diagrams & datasheets
Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality repairs

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering Or ITI in electrical & Experience 3 to 10 Years required

Preferred candidate profile

Repair and Servicing of PCB Electronics

1. Strong knowledge of Analog & Digital Electronics

2. PCB-level troubleshooting & repair expertise

3. SMD/BGA rework, IC replacement, MOSFET, IGBT, Power Modules & Microcontroller circuits

4. Experience with industrial automation brands such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, Danfoss, Yaskawa, Bosch Rexroth, Honeywell, Yokogawa, Fuji Electric, Emerson, GE and others

5. Knowledge of ESD-safe working practices and industrial safety compliance
