Job summary

E2E Consultants in Pune seeks a skilled Electrical & Maintenance Engineer to perform breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive tasks on electrical systems including drives and PLCs. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions, improving energy efficiency and reducing downtime.

The role requires 4–7 years in Electrical & Maintenance Engineering, a Diploma/ITI (NCVT) or equivalent, and strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, PLCs, and VFDs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI (NCVT) or equivalent qualification.
• B.Tech (Computers) preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical drive systems and control hardware.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep plant utilities running efficiently.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Develop understanding of plant operations to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Desired Candidate Profile
