Role & responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and validating electronic circuits, embedded controllers, and electromechanical control systems in plant and customer end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware circuits for solenoid, actuator, sensor, and mechanical control applications.
- Develop and debug embedded firmware using embedded C/C++ programming.
- Work on microcontroller-based systems and interface with various electronic components and peripheral devices.
- Design and test driver circuits for solenoids, motors, relays, and other actuators.
- Perform schematic design, PCB review, component selection, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Interface sensors, switches, communication modules, and control circuits.
- Conduct hardware testing, validation, and failure analysis.
- Create and maintain test benches for product testing and validation.
- Develop PLC-based automation test setups and integrate hardware systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and production teams for system integration.
- Support prototype development, product testing, and manufacturing activities.
- Prepare technical documents, test reports, and design specifications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
- Hands-on experience in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485, CAN.
- Experience with electronic testing tools like oscilloscope, multimeter, and logic analyzer.
- Understanding of power electronics, MOSFET drivers, voltage regulators, and protection circuits.
- Knowledge of PCB design and debugging. (PCB designing Tools e.g Kicad, Proteus)
Preferred Experience
- Experience with solenoid, actuator, motor, valve, and electromechanical systems.
- Experience in test bench development and automation.
- Knowledge of sensor interfacing and control logic development.
- Knowledge of testing standards and product validation processes.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Electronics / E&TC / E&E Engineering
Experience
2-7 Years in Electronics Hardware, Embedded Systems Development.
