Evio Private Limited is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer/Supervisor for residential fit-out projects in Thane, Maharashtra. You will oversee electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs and schedules.

The role requires hands-on experience with LT/HT power cable laying, conduit and tray installation, lighting and small power, earthing and lightning protection, and close coordination with clients, consultants, and PMC to achieve project milestones.

Formación

• Execution and supervision of electrical installation works at project sites per drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Hands-on experience in LT & HT power cable laying.
• Conduit and cable tray installation experience.
• Lighting and small power works knowledge.
• Earthing and lightning protection system understanding.
• Coordination with client/PMC and consultants for inspections and approvals.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily/weekly site activities to meet milestones.
• Monitor manpower productivity and material utilization.
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, BOQ and technical specs.
• Prepare site measurements and daily progress reports (DPR).
• Work on residential projects with independent site execution capability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of electrical installation works at project sites as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Hands-on experience in:
• LT & HT Power Cable Laying
• Cable Tray installation
• Conduit installation
• Lighting & Small Power works
• Earthing & Lightning Protection System
• Coordination with:
• Client / PMC team for interface activities
• Consultants, PMC and clients for inspections & approvals
• Sub-contractors and site technicians
• Planning and execution of daily and weekly site activities to meet project milestones.
• Monitoring site manpower productivity and material utilization.
• Ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Preparation and verification of:
• Site measurements
• Daily progress reports (DPR)
• Residential projects
• Ability to independently handle site execution
• Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Practical problem-solving ability at site
• Willingness to work in challenging site conditions
