Job summary

Technocruitx is seeking a technically strong Electrical Service Engineer for our Ambernath plant in Maharashtra. You will handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems used in solid waste management machinery.

The role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with electrical panels, wiring, and the ability to travel across India for installation and service assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 1–4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, machine service, installation, or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission electrical systems and control panels.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, control panels, motors, sensors, and circuits.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control-panel drawings.
• Perform electrical testing, machine trials, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, wiring documentation, and customer sign-offs.
• Travel PAN India for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service visits.

Salary Budget

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Electrical Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems used in solid waste management machines.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment, good knowledge of electrical panels and wiring, and be comfortable travelling across India for installation and service assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission electrical systems and control panels of machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, control panels, motors, sensors, and circuits.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and attend breakdown/service calls.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control‑panel drawings.
• Perform electrical testing, machine trials, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, wiring documentation, and customer sign‑offs.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, QA, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
• Train customer operators on safe and efficient machine operation.
• Inspect machines to identify electrical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support final machine testing, commissioning, and customer handover.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
• Travel PAN India for machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service visits.

Key Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands‑on experience in electrical maintenance, machine service, installation, or commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels, circuits, motors, sensors, and electrical components.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑diagnosis skills.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Candidates from machine manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation machinery, packaging machinery, material‑handling equipment, recycling/waste‑management machinery, or similar manufacturing industries can be considered.
