Qualifications

• 4+ years of Quantity Surveying experience on electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract conditions and commercial management.
• Proficient in reporting tools and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and profit forecasts.
• Administer subcontracts, valuations, and final accounts.
• Issue interim and final applications, including remeasurements, site changes, and dayworks.
• Attend commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams.
• Ensure timely payment certifications and manage retentions per contract.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate change orders.
• Identify and upscale commercial risks appropriately.
• Collaborate with Planning Engineers to align progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate and detailed commercial records.
