Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy seeks a skilled electrical engineer for tender and detailed design of Electrical and ELV services across complex projects. You will work on greenfield and brownfield sites, producing SLDs, equipment layouts, and load calculations in compliance with NBC/CEIG/IS.

Proficiency in ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, and MS Office is required, with ELV systems expertise across CCTV, PAVA, access control, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender and detailed design of Electrical and ELV services.
• Experience on greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience in Electrical & ELV detail design for Railways, Metros, and Tunnel projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Experience with ELV systems (CCTV, PAVA, Access control, BMS, SCADA, ICT).
• Ability to prepare SLD, Equipment Layout per NBC/CEIG/IS, and layout drawings.
• Ability to perform load calculations, voltage drop, LPS, and cable routing.
• Prepare DBR, technical specs, BOQ, RFQ, and make lists; conduct load flow and arc flash studies.

Job Summary

Responsible for the tender and detailed design of Electrical Services for various projects

Responsibilities

• Experience of Tender and detailed design of Electrical and ELV services, especially in complex functional requirements viz, Railway, Metros and Tunnel projects for above ground and underground, etc.
• Candidate must have skills in detail design for green field and brown field project.
• Candidate must have experience in Electrical & ELV Detail design, electrical & ELV calculations for diversified projects like Railways, Metros and Tunnel Projects etc.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical design software's like ETAP, Dia lux, AutoCad and other software's like Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ELV system design like FDA, CCTV, PAVA, Access control, BMS, SCADA, Station Management system, Parking system, Active and passive networking, ICT, TMRS, Train display system, Security system, etc.
• Should be able to prepare SLD, Equipment Layout as per NBC/CEIG/Electricity rule/ GRIHA/ IGBC/IEC/IS.
• Should be able to prepare detail layout drawings for cable tray, earthing layout, Load list with load balancing, fault calculation, voltage drop calculation, lux calculation, LPS design, cable routing, lighting, and power layout drawing, etc.
• Preparation of Electrical detail GFC design independently as per project requirements and adhering to various codes (national and international).
• Preparation of DBR, technical specification, BOQ, RFQ, make list, etc.
• Able to perform Load flow analysis, discrimination study, arc flash study, relay setting on ETAP or equivalent software.
