Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India seeks an experienced Electrical Services Design Engineer to lead tender and detailed design across diverse projects.

You will work with ETAP, DiaLux, AutoCAD and BIM/Revit to develop SLDs, load calculations, and BIM models, ensuring compliance with NBC, CEIG, GRIHA/IGBC, IEC/IS.

The role covers data centers, airports, industrial, residential and commercial sectors, with emphasis on accurate design and coordinated drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender and detailed design of Electrical services for diverse projects.
• Proficient with ETAP, DiaLux, AutoCAD and BIM/Revit; able to prepare SLD and equipment layouts.
• Experience with NBC/CEIG/Electricity Rules/GRIHA/IGBC/IEC/IS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Tender and detailed design of Electrical services for complex functions (Data Centers, Airports, Industrial, residential, commercial).
• Prepare SLDs, equipment layouts and load lists with load balancing.
• Perform load flow, arc flash, voltage drop calculations; conduct reviews of testing/commissioning methods.

Job Summary

Responsible for the tender and detailed design of Electrical Services for various projects across India

Responsibilities

• Tender and detailed design of Electrical services, especially in complex functional requirements viz, Data Centers, Airports, Industrial, residential and commercial projects, etc.
• Skills in detail design for green field and brown field project.
• Experience in Electrical Detail design, electrical calculations for diversified projects like Data center, Residential and commercial buildings, etc.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Electrical design software like ETAP, DiaLux, AutoCAD and other software like Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should be able to prepare SLD, Equipment Layout as per NBC/CEIG/Electricity Rules/GRIHA/IGBC/IEC/IS.
• Should be able to prepare detail layout drawings for cable tray, earthing layout, Load list with load balancing, fault calculation, voltage drop calculation, lux calculation, LPS design, cable routing, lighting, and power layout drawing, etc.
• Able to perform Load flow analysis, discrimination study, arc flash study, relay setting on ETAP or equivalent software.
• Able to perform lux calculation on DiaLux or equivalent software.
• Able to develop detail design on BIM/Revit with the help of BIM/Revit modeler.
• Undertake a prior review of the proposed electrical system testing and commissioning methods and schedule.
